Logo files are automatically downloaded to your computer upon purchase from our “Thank you” page. If downloads are blocked, allow your browser to initiate the download. Most browsers save downloads to a “Downloads” or “temp” folder, but some may save them to your desktop. Check your “Downloads” folder for a zipped file named after your company. If files are still not found, modify the default download location in your browser settings.
Downloading your logo files
To download your logo files, please check the email associated with your account. Within an hour of your purchase, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing a link to download the files.
If you cannot find the files in your “Downloads” folder, you can always download them from our website. Follow these steps to do so:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner and select “My Projects.”
- On the left-hand side of the page, find the logo you bought. Scroll if needed. The purchased logo will have a “Download All Logo Files.zip” link. Click to download the zip folder of your logo files. The folder will be saved in your computer’s default download location, usually the “Downloads” folder. Look for a zipped folder named after your company in the “Downloads” folder.
Unzipping your files
To unzip your files, follow these instructions:
For Mac users:
Click on the zipped folder, and your files will automatically unzip. You should see a link to access these files in the menu bar at the bottom of your screen.
For PC users:
Right-click on the zipped logo files folder. In the new menu, choose “Extract All.” Next, select the location where you want the files to be extracted. For convenience, we recommend choosing your desktop. Finally, click “Extract” to send the files to the selected location.
