How to update your payment details and reactivate your subscription: A friendly guide

Getting started
Step 1: Log back in
- First, head over to our website and log into your account. It’s just like coming home.
Step 2: Head to your account info
- Once you’re in, look for “My Projects” in the top right-hand corner. Click that and select “My Account Info” from the drop-down menu. You’re on the right track!
Updating payment details
Step 3: Add your new card
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see “Recurring Payments.” This is where you’ll enter your shiny new card information. Just update the form of payment, and you’re halfway there!
Reactivate your subscription
Step 4: Navigate to Manage Domain
- After adding your new card, it’s time to bring your account back to life. Head to your Manage domain page by clicking “My Websites” on the left, under “My Projects.”
Step 5: Reactivate your subscription
- Now, find the domain or subscription that’s been waiting patiently for your return and select “Reactivate” right underneath it. You’re almost done!
- Finally, choose the subscriptions you’re eager to dive back into, and voilà —you’re all set!
